In order to help graduate students improve their skills in working with manuscript sources and texts in early modern German, the Wittenberg Center for Reformation Studies offers a weekly online meeting of about one hour in the spring and summer of 2024, focusing one week on Latin, English, and German manuscripts of the 16th century and the other week on short excerpts from German sources of the 16th century.

The course is open to anyone studying the history of the Reformation. If you are interested in participating, please contact Dr. Andreas Stegmann (stegmann@wittenbergcenter.de).

If this offer meets with interest, the Wittenberg Center is prepared to offer two different weekly courses on palaeography and German in the future.
