At Beeson Divinity School, the Institute for Anglican Studies hosts an annual lecture on Reformation Anglicanism. This February, Professor Simeon Zahl of Cambridge University’s Faculty of Theology spoke on “The Book of Common Prayer: Thomas Cranmer’s Technology of the Heart”. The Wittenberg Center for Reformation Studies supports this lecture series. Its Director of English Reformation Studies, Dr. Ashley Null, was present in Birmingham, Alabama, to hear Prof. Zahl’s lecture.
